Computer/Photocopier Repair
Course Synopsis: Our Electronic Office Machine Repair/Photocopier Technician Training program is designed to teach students with no prior technical experience to become entry level technicians. Graduates from this program go on to become Technicians with major manufacturers and office machine dealers. The job of a technician is to maintain, troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment including digital copiers, laser printers, faxes and “all-in-one” machines. They even work with both network and internet connectivity for this machinery. In addition to working with High-Tech equipment, Technicians tend to work independently, but also as part of a team. If you are the kind of person who enjoys dealing with customers on a professional level, and do not require a supervisor constantly looking over your shoulder, this could be the right career for you.
Entry Requirements: Students interested in this program must be able to distinguish between colors, have the ability to bend down when necessary, the desire to work independently, and work closely with customers.

Our graduates use the latest technology, like laptops and microcomputers, as tools of the trade. Technicians use remote access to the internet for parts ordering, technical publications, even directions to the customers location. They also use WiFi, or plug into existing customer networks, to communicate with the equipment onsite to remotely troubleshoot. This is cutting edge technology that will never be outsourced. Simply put, if the equipment is here, the technician must also be here to repair it Let us help you begin a new career as an Electronic/Photocopier Technician.
